A little morning treat to spread on your favourite bread.
- 125 ml butter cut into cubes, room temperature
- 60 ml raisins
- 15 ml brown sugar
- 3 drops Aliksir cinnamon gastronomic oil
- 2 drops Aliksir clove pure essential oil
- 2 drops Aliksir vanilla extract
- 1 drop Aliksir anise star pure essential oil
- Cover the raisins with hot water and let soak for 10 minutes.
- Drain and dry the raisins.
- In an electric blender, crush the raisins with the brown sugar.
- Add the butter cut into cubes, and the oils.
- Blend well.
- Spread generously on toasted bread.
