Breakfast Butter

A little morning treat to spread on your favourite bread.

Ingredients


Preparation

  1. Cover the raisins with hot water and let soak for 10 minutes.
  2. Drain and dry the raisins.
  3. In an electric blender, crush the raisins with the brown sugar.
  4. Add the butter cut into cubes, and the oils.
  5. Blend well.
  6. Spread generously on toasted bread.
