Strawberry and Ginger Smoothie
A vitamin-packed smoothie to fill up on energy.
250ml fresh or frozen strawberries
125ml milk or plant-based milk
125ml yogurt or plant-based yogurt
1 tablespoon maple syrup
5ml Aliksir ginger essential water
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
* You can use other fruits and vary the essential water. The combinations are endless!
