A tasty and healthy iced treat to try out this summer!
- 4 cups watermelon cubes (approximately a quarter of an average melon)
- 1 lime
- 5 ml brown sugar (or maple syrup)
- 5 ml Aliksir Alegrio essential water (or melissa)
- Chop the melon into cubes and place them in the freezer for about an hour.
- Press the lime and pour its juice into the blender's container.
- Add the sugar and the essential water.
- Add the frozen melon cubes and blend.
- Serve without delay.
