History and Origin
Originating from Mexico, it has been introduced in Europe and in Asia in the 16th century. Today, the harvests are the most abundant in India. It can reach 60 centimeters in height and its white flowers, harvested before sunset, are reminiscent of lilac. Tuberose is mostly used in perfumery.
