English Name : Blue tansy, morrocan blue chamomile

History and Origin

Blue tansy or moroccan blue chamomile is a vigorous plant that grows in the North-West regions of Morocco.

Main Components : Monoterpenes, polyunsaturated sesquiterpenes 
Oil Characteristics : Fluid mobile liquid with a blue color and a flowery and fruity aroma.
Properties : Anti-inflammatory++++, antiphlogistic++++, antihistaminic++++, antipruritic++, antalgestic+, nervous sedative, hypotensive, phlébotonic, antileukaemic+, hormone like.
Indications : Asthma attacks (in combination with theophylline), emphysema, irritative dermatitis+++, allergic dermatitis (adults and children), erythema, rosacea++, tuberculoid leprosy, arthritis, neuritis, sciatica, muscular rheumatism, diabetes (adjuvant), hypertension, varicose veins++, leukemia (certain forms)
Energetic and Emotional Effect : This blue oil helps the throat chakra to open. It is also a general stimulant, so it accentuates all types of activities.
