Uses

Skincare

In cosmetics, it is used for massage, external itching, chapped skin and pruritus. Softening, emollient and fortifying, it activates the healing of dermatosis, first-degree burns and inflammations. It also helps against dandruff and to prevent stretch marks, but only if applied in the morning and at night on a regular basis. Sweet almond oil is also recommended for baby care as well as for sensitive or very dry skins, as a tonic.
