The Aliksir Mocktail Code

Creating a mocktail is not about following a rigid formula, but about finding a sensory balance.

Simple Structure (1.5 L)

  • 35 to 50% aromatic base
    (kombucha, citrus juice, diluted syrup)
  • 30 to 45% sparkling water
    for freshness and effervescence
  • 3 to 7% essential water
    for the botanical signature
  • Adjustments to taste
fresh citrus, maple syrup, aromatic herbs

The Spirit of Creation

Proportions are guidelines, not strict rules.

  • The base provides the flavor
  • The bubbles provide the texture
  • Hydrolats and essential waters provide the signature
  • Adjustments create harmony

Each glass becomes an exploration of botanicals — simple, lively, and intuitive.
