Ingredients (1.5 L Pitcher)
- 2 limes
- 1 lemon
- 1 bunch of fresh mint
- 500 ml ice cubes
- 100 ml of Melissa essential water (Aliksir)
- 45 ml simple syrup (maple syrup + hot water 1:1)
- 250 ml sparkling water
- Approximately 600 ml of kombucha of your choice
Preparation
- Cut limes and lemon into quarters and place them at the bottom of the container. Lightly press to release the juice.
- Crush the mint between your hands to release its aromas and add it.
- Add ice.
- Incorporate the simple syrup.
- Pour in the sparkling water.
