Ordering process
Orders can be placed online, by phone, fax or email.
Online orders: Simply create an account and use the features of our transactional site.
Telephone Orders: To prepare your order, we suggest you use the information provided on our website.
Deadline for changing an order: No changes can be made after noon the day after an order is placed. Any request for additions or changes made after this deadline will be placed as a separate order and shipment.
Temporarily unavailable products: We do not automatically forward temporarily unavailable products. It is your responsibility to reorder them when they become available again.
Deadline for reporting an error: Please note that Aliksir accepts error reports within 15 days of receiving an order.
