Your commitment

Precautions for use: Essential oils are highly active substances with very diverse molecules. It is your responsibility to use them properly.

Using essential oils for therapeutic purposes: We recommend consulting an aromatherapy specialist or a doctor. You should at least inquire about contraindications and interactions with other products.

Essential oils should be used within physiological doses. The information provided on our website or by our staff is taken from aromatherapy reference works. Provided for informational purposes only, it does not constitute medical advice or engage our liability.

Ordering process

Orders can be placed online, by phone, fax or email.

Online orders: Simply create an account and use the features of our transactional site.

Telephone Orders: To prepare your order, we suggest you use the information provided on our website.

Deadline for changing an order: No changes can be made after noon the day after an order is placed. Any request for additions or changes made after this deadline will be placed as a separate order and shipment.

Temporarily unavailable products: We do not automatically forward temporarily unavailable products. It is your responsibility to reorder them when they become available again.

Deadline for reporting an error: Please note that Aliksir accepts error reports within 15 days of receiving an order.

    All our product prices are in Canadian dollars.

  • Customer benefits

    Customers who order online or by phone receive free shipping on orders of $100 (before taxes) or more.

    Privilege Card: The Aliksir Privilege Card applies exclusively to our two in-person stores.

  • Payment

    All orders are payable in advance.

    Accepted payment methods:

    Online orders: Visa and MasterCard

    Telephone orders: Visa and MasterCard, certified check and money transfers.

Shipping of goods

Individual orders deliverable in CANADA*:

  • FREE Canada Post Standard Parcel Delivery with all orders over $100 (before taxes)
  • Canada Post Standard Parcel Delivery
  • Canada Post Xpresspost Delivery

*Some postal codes are excluded from regular shipping. Please contact us for a complete list of excluded codes. If you are ordering from another country, please see the Shipping section.

Returns of goods

Returns of defective or non-compliant merchandise: All returns must be approved by phone before being processed. Merchandise will be refunded or credited according to the established conditions. No refunds will be issued if more than 60 days have passed since the order was shipped. For nebulizers, the warranty may vary from one product to another.

Restocking Fee: For all returns of non-defective merchandise, a 15% restocking fee will be applied and shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds for non-defective products are conditional on the goods being in good condition; jars and bottles must not be opened and must still be in their original packaging.

Special orders, non-standard sizes and international orders: No returns possible.

Confidentiality

Personal information (name, address, phone number, email, credit card number) entered on our site is treated as completely confidential. Only personnel authorized to track orders have access to it.

Acceptance of the conditions

The customer acknowledges having read our specific conditions of sale and declares to accept them without reservation.
