History and Origin

Eucalyptus smithii is a medium-sized to tall tree with long, yellow-green leaves. Eucalyptus has long been used in traditional medicine to treat colds and flus. Eucalyptus Gully Gum essential oil is considered to be one of the mildest of eucalyptus oils. It is therefore recommended for sensitive people such as children.

Oil Characteristics : Clear and mobile liquid colorless to pale yellow. Typical odor of eucalyptus. Refreshing, slightly woody with a hint of camphor.

Uses

Environment

Add eucalyptus Gully Gum in laundry or floor washing water. Excellent to remove sticker and bandage residues. Cleans stainless steel. In diffusion to purify air.

Synergy

It blends well with lemony aromas, myrtle, tea tree and other eucalyptus. 

Safety

  • Do not take internally.
  • Make a skin test before using.
  • Do not use for pregnant women and young children.
  • Not recommended for asthmatic people because of the high amount of 1,8 cineole.
