History and Origin

Small tree native to Asia, mainly from China. It can grow up to 10 meters and is always green. The foliage is dark green, the flowers are pink or yellow and the fruit, reddish-brown once dried, has a star shape.

Perfumery

Mainly used for men’s perfumes.

It blends well with clove, fennel, ginger, pepper and cinnamon.
