History and Origin
Arnica montana is a yellow flower plant in the Asteraceae family. It grows at high altitudes (between 1200 and 2800 meters) in France as well as in Central and Eastern Europe (as far as Siberia). It is found in flinty and poor soils. Arnica is well established in the field of herbalism and has been used for centuries.
