It's hard to resist this healthy chocolate spread!



⅓ cup cocoa powder

⅓ cup hot water

1 cup hazelnut or another nut butter

⅓ to ½ cup maple syrup

1/2 teaspoon Aliksir Vanilla Gastronomic Oil



Place cocoa in a small bowl, add hot water and mix well with a spoon or whisk.

Put nut butter, maple syrup, Gastonomic Oil and diluted cocoa in a bowl. Use a hand blender or electric hand mixer to mix well. Scrape down the sides well, then mix again for at least 30 seconds.

Pour the spread into an airtight container and refrigerate. The spread will keep for about a month in the refrigerator.
