It's maple season. Treat yourself with these sweet and spicy cones.
12 mini cones
¾ cup maple butter, warm
1 drop Aliksir Cinnamon Gastonomic Oil
1 drop Aliksir Cardamom Gastronomic Oil
¼ cup roasted pecans in pieces
Cardboard egg container
Punch small holes in the bottom of a cardboard egg container. Turn the container upside down to use as a holder for the mini cones.
Warm the maple butter in the microwave oven for a few seconds. Add the gastronomic oils and mix well.
Divide the spiced maple butter among the mini cones. Sprinkle with pecan pieces. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
