  1. Peel the bananas and crush them with a fork.
  2. In a little pot, pour the syrup and reduce on a high heat for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the banana purée, stir and simmer for 5 minutes on a low heat.
  4. Remove from heat, add the essential oils and blend well.
  5. Serve with yogurt or white cheese.
