  1. In a big pot, fry the onion in some olive oil.
  2. Add the garlic and keep on frying for about one more minute.
  3. Add the hot pepper.
  4. Add the sweet peppers. Fry and add oil as needed.
  5. Add the tomatoes. Stir.
  6. Bring to a boil and simmer on low heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
  7. Add salt.
  8. Add the basil and beebalm oils.
  9. Adjust seasoning.
