Ingredients

Dry ingredients

2 ¼ cup of flour of your choice

1 ½ cup of chocolate chips

½ tsp. of baking powder

¼ tsp. of salt

 

Wet ingredients

1 cup of butter, softened

1 cup of brown sugar

¼ cup of molasses

2 to 3 drops of Cinnamon Aliksir Gastronomic Oil

2 to 3 drops of Ginger Aliksir Gastronomic Oil

2 to 3 drops of Cardamom Aliksir Gastronomic Oil

2 to 3 drops of Vanilla Aliksir Gastronomic Oil

1 egg

 

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Place rack in center of oven. Line a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper.

In a bowl, combine all dry ingredients and set aside.

In another bowl, combine all wet ingredients with a wooden spoon to make a smooth batter.

Add dry ingredients and stir to form a dough.

Shape dough into balls of about 2 tablespoons, place on baking sheet and flatten slightly.

Bake for 12 minutes, then let cool on the baking sheet.
