Ginger and lime

Tomato and basil

  • ¼ lb softened butter
  • 30 ml chopped dried tomatoes
  • 3 drops Aliksir basil gastronomic oil


  1. In a bowl, blend the butter, the oils and the seasoning.
  2. Adjust to taste for a softer or stronger flavour.
  3. Decorate with lime quarters, ground pepper, paprika, parsley, etc.
