  • 1.5 oz Dandy gin
  • 5 oz Fever-Tree tonic
  • 1unit vanilla and pink grapefruit Perfume
  • 1unit dehydrated apple slice
  • 1unit dehydrated pear slice
  • 1unit grapefruit wedge
  • 1unit sliced green grape


  1. Pour the Dandy gin into a glass filled with ice cubes.
  2. Thin down with tonic.
  3. Spray with vanilla and grapefruit Perfume (about 5 times).
  4. Decorate with slices of dehydrated apple and pear, green grape and a wedge of grapefruit.
