Try these spicy butters for your lobster feasts!

For tasty instant croutons, you can also freeze little portions in ice trays and store them in an air-tight container.

Ingredients

Classic Garlic

¼ lb room temperature butter
3-5 drops Aliksir garlic gastonomic oil

Dill

¼ lb room temperature butter
5 drops Aliksir dill gastonomic oil
2 drops Aliksir lemon oil (GO or EO)
2 drops Aliksir garlic gastonomic oil

Lemon & Tarragon

¼ lb room temperature butter
4 drops Aliksir lemon oil (GO or EO)
1 drop Aliksir tarragon pure essential oil
1 small shallot, finely chopped (approx.10 ml)

Preparation

In a bowl, blend the butter and the oils well.
Adjust to taste for a lighter or stonger butter.
Decorate with ground pepper, parsley, paprika, etc.
