Flavoured Butters

Try these spicy butters for your lobster feasts!

For tasty instant croutons, you can also freeze little portions in ice trays and store them in an air-tight container.

Ingredients

Classic Garlic

• ¼ lb room temperature butter
• 3-5 drops Aliksir garlic gastonomic oil

Dill

• ¼ lb room temperature butter
• 5 drops Aliksir dill gastonomic oil
• 2 drops Aliksir lemon oil (GO or EO)
• 2 drops Aliksir garlic gastonomic oil

Lemon & Tarragon

• ¼ lb room temperature butter
• 4 drops Aliksir lemon oil (GO or EO)
• 1 drop Aliksir tarragon pure essential oil
• 1 small shallot, finely chopped (approx.10 ml)

Preparation

1. In a bowl, blend the butter and the oils well.
2. Adjust to taste for a lighter or stonger butter.
3. Decorate with ground pepper, parsley, paprika, etc.
